Specially for smaller capacities Eillert has developed the GWB-1000 washer / mixer.
This compactly and robustly built vegetable washing machine has been carried out with a water rotation system with adjustable pressure. The product is brought manually into the washer and processed per batch. After the washing process the product is automatically discharged by means of a foldable mesh wired belt into a centrifuge (so no handling of the heavy, wet product).
The vegetable washing machine is also suitable for heavy, cut products such as cabbage, carrots, paprika, etc. Because of the perfect washing and mixing, mix-products such as soup vegetables, lettuce mix, salads, stir fry vegetables, etc. can easily be made.
Because of its compact nature it is easy to integrate this combination of washing machine and centrifuge into virtually any production room.
